Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects caused by KRUEL MY.

To qualify for a return:

Unboxing video proof is required showing the defect clearly upon receiving the item.

Items must be returned via mail/courier only.

Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Hygiene-related items such as socks and undergarments are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued when an item is unavailable for exchange due to being out of stock.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be completed once confirmed.
